Failed permanent makeup

Permanent make-up is a permanent alternative to traditional eye, eyebrow and lip makeup. This treatment involves inserting pigments into the skin to correct the shape of the lips, enhancing the shade of lip redness, emphasizing the contours of the eye or darkening and thickening the eyebrows. Do not confuse permanent makeup with a tattoo since pigments are inserted into the shallower layers of the skin, which give the effect of peeling and the gradual fading and loss of permanent makeup over several years.
Permanent makeup treatment should only be carried out by a specialist, because the complication of improperly and negligently performed surgery may be the unsatisfactory end result of the procedure. Failed permanent makeup can boil down to uneven contours of the eyebrows or the eye, as well as the lips. Other undesirable effects are accumulation of dye giving an unnatural effect which is too intense, an exaggerated effect as well as uneven pigmentation. Of course, it is possible to achieve a delicate effect that is not sufficiently visible on the skin. It often occurs that makeup colouring is not kept in the tone of the complexion, and shades of makeup which are too warm or too cold do not harmonize with the natural beauty.
